BAH BAH Beef Canape


1 Baguette
1 pound of beef tenderloin
1 cup BAH BAH hot sauce
4 ounces of asparagus

1/2 bar of butter

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

A pinch of thyme


  1. Slice the Baguette into 8 slices.
  2. Slice the beef into the same size of the baguette and fry them in a sauce pan over medium-high heat
  3. Boil one liter of water and add asparagus simmer for 2-4 minutes and drain out the water
  4. Spread a small amount of butter onto the baguette, then repeat with BAH BAH hot sauce
  5. Add a slice of beef to each baguette, and finish by adding asparagus
