Pomegranate Maki Sushi


5 layers of Nori seaweed
1 pound of japanese rice
1 cup of rice vinegar
1 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of BAH BAH hot sauce
1 carrot
1 avocado
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 ounce of black sesame seed
3 ounces of ginger
1 pound of shrimp


Boil the rice with 3 1/4 cups of water, and add 2 tbs of rice vinegar.
Cut the vegetables in sticks.
Blend the ginger with the rice vinegar, the soy sauce, and the BAH BAH hot sauce.
Proceed to make the sushi rolls.
Take one layer of seaweed and put some rice on it. Flip it over and add 1 stick of carrot, and 1 piece of avocado.
Add the Shrimp.
Roll it and add sesame seeds over the rice.
