2 pounds of beef tenderloin, trimmed
1/2 of a pineapple or 1 can (20-ounce)
1/2 bottle of BAH BAH hot sauce
1 cup of beef stock
1 tbs of garlic
- Chop garlic, the celery and the onion.
- In a blender, blend the pineapple, tomatoes and BAH BAH hot sauce along with the beef stock.
- In medium size sauce pan mix sauce mixture with chopped ingredients and bring to a boil
- Grill beef tenderloin or cook over medium-high heat in a skillet.
To serve, place one slice of pineapple on the plate, then put the meat and finish by pouring the sauce on top.
